Claims Process
How to File a Boat Warranty Claim
- 1
Contact claims support
Call the claims line or have your repair shop reach out. Provide your contract number, the boat's hull ID, and a clear description of the failure.
- 2
Technician diagnosis
A licensed marine technician inspects the boat and documents the cause of failure, parts required, and estimated labor hours.
- 3
Claim authorization
The claims team reviews the diagnosis against your coverage and issues an authorization number for the covered repair.
- 4
Repair completed
The shop performs the authorized repair and is paid directly by the warranty administrator. You pay only the deductible and return to the water.
