    Terms and Conditions

    1. Service Contract Disclaimer

The protection plans described on this website are marine extended service contracts, not insurance policies. Coverage, terms, conditions, limitations, exclusions, deductibles, and eligibility requirements apply. All protection plans are subject to approval and are governed by the actual service contract issued by the plan administrator. Not all boats, engines, or components qualify for coverage.

    2. Eligibility Requirements

Coverage eligibility is subject to review and approval. Factors including but not limited to vessel age, engine hours, condition, service history, inspection results, and vessel type may affect eligibility. Certain vessels may require a physical inspection before coverage is approved. Coverage is not guaranteed until a service contract is issued.

    3. Claims Requirements

In the event of a mechanical breakdown, the contract holder must contact the claims department before any repair work begins. Authorization must be obtained prior to repairs. Failure to obtain prior authorization may result in denial of the claim. Repairs must be performed by a licensed marine repair facility. Payment is made according to the terms of the executed service contract.

    4. Owner Maintenance Responsibilities

Contract holders are required to maintain their vessel in accordance with all manufacturer maintenance schedules and requirements. Maintenance records must be retained and may be requested at the time of a claim. For used vessels, engine oil and all filters must be serviced within 30 days of the contract effective date. Failure to maintain the vessel as required may affect coverage eligibility and claim approval.

    5. Ineligible Vessels

Coverage is not available for racing or stunt vessels, salvage vessels, grey market or custom-modified boats, commercial vessels used for hire, water taxis, ferries, or vessels used for commercial fishing. Vessels over 55 feet in length may require special review and approval. Commercial-use coverage may be available when properly disclosed at time of application.

    6. Website Information

Information provided on this website is for general educational purposes only and does not constitute a binding service contract, guarantee of coverage, or offer of insurance. Coverage details, pricing, and availability are subject to change. The actual service contract issued governs all coverage terms.
