The registered service-contract brand under which eligible engine, vessel, and optional packages are offered.
ServiceGuard Systems, Inc. generally administers contracts. In Florida, Dealers Assurance Company is the administrator and obligor.
Coverage Structure
On Water is not blanket or exclusionary coverage. Each selected package names its eligible components, unit limits, and exclusions. A part that is not listed is not covered.
Separate stated-component packages are available for eligible outboards, gas inboards and sterndrives, diesel propulsion, personal watercraft, and sport boats.
The selected package follows the boat type, with options such as Runabout, Wake, Pontoon, Dayboat, fishing, Captain’s, Cruiser, and Yacht packages.
Navigation, auxiliary generator, chiller air conditioning, stabilization, thruster, and other options may be added when eligible and shown on the contract.
Navigation Package
Navigation equipment is not automatically part of every vessel package. The separate Navigation Package lists these eligible components, subject to unit limits and contract terms:
Coverage Limits
Standard engine-package limit, or the boat’s cash value if lower.
Standard accessory-package limit, or the boat’s cash value if lower.
Available only where the eligible package, program, and paid option allow it.
Pre-Owned Eligibility
Pre-owned boats generally qualify through the current model year plus the prior 10 model years. Model years 11–13 may be eligible with an added surcharge and a limited term.
Engine hours, vessel condition, maintenance history, usage, inspection findings, and the selected package also affect eligibility and available term length. Eligibility is never guaranteed by age alone.
Claims
Stop operating the boat when a failure is suspected. Contact the administrator and have a licensed repair facility document the cause of failure. The administrator reviews the diagnosis against the listed components and contract terms before authorizing covered work.
Contract-defined emergency procedures may apply when prior authorization is not reasonably available. No fixed approval time is promised.

Contract Ownership
Moving current options to On Water Protection does not rewrite an earlier Eagle contract. Existing Eagle contract holders should continue to use the administrator, claims instructions, benefits, limits, and dates shown in the contract they received. Contact your Boat Protection Expert if you need help locating those details.
Independent Review
Reputation matters, but it does not replace the written agreement. Compare the named administrator, covered-component list, limits, exclusions, maintenance duties, claim authorization rules, cancellation, and transfer terms before buying. Boat Protection Experts reviews those details with owners as an independent specialist rather than presenting itself as On Water’s owner or administrator.
